Re: Not Happy - Plants Stolen

I seem to remember that someone on this site objected to being described as an elderly lady.

Can't have been me, I'd have felt complimented if I'd been called an elderly slag!

Strangely, my washing machine went terminal on Monday, I put it out in the back yard with the gate open, usually such things vanish within hours, nope this week they must be on holiday, I've still got it.

Yippee, came home this afternoon, washing machine gone took 5 days, a great deal less fuss than the Council.

Just to be awkward, should I report the loss of a knackered washing machine to the old bill?

I'd get a crime report number then I could claim a new washer on my insurance.

It's my own fault, 5 days with the yard door open compared with two to three weeks pick up time from the Council, I didn't see these guys, but then, they didn't need a list of EXACTLY, what I needed to get rid of.

Peat's not as pretty as violas - and it's heavier to carry!

Least its only 3 packs of violas.

They help themselves to lead round my way.

Have you checked your neighbours gardens.
