I'm am more interested in what points have been put forward to have these unadopted roads funded by tax payers to do temporary improvements, and still will not be adopted by LCC. Sorry, Bernard but filling in the potholes on Annie Street will only be of advantage to the residents, not to the rest of us .. unless you can convince me differently. Same with Hodder and Manor to be honest.

Do these residents not pay council tax and do their contributions benefit the rest of you?

I don't think trying to establishing facts is bullying. I noticed inconsistencies and am querying them, Graham believes he's innocent, so what's the problem? He tried a character assassination on myself when I requested information from all the councillors, if he can't take somebody trying to establish facts, he probably shouldn't give.

I don't have a sense of humour
Andrew only reads minutes that might have Graham in so he can have a dig

Leave it Andrew there's no story here but if you want to investigate something see what you can find out about over £1m being spent on some properties on Pendle Street which despite opposition from his own party Britcliffe seems to think this money is worth spending???

Yes they do and pay road tax for that, or is that a taboo subject as well?

If they had spent money on having decent repairs done on the council properties over the years, it wouldnt have cost me an awful lot of money to bring our ex council house up to a decent living standard.

Road tax doesn't pay for local roads Roy. That's HBC and LCC combined. Most of road tax goes to Highways Agency for national road links, maintenance, disabled passes, police and emergency services, logistics maintenance and infrastructure (pipes, transport) and administration agencies DVLA blah, blah, blah.
It is a sad situation for residents on unadopted roads ... a legacy of years ago, when there were no planning regulations, etc. Was up to the developer to install these roads initially and wouldn't happen now. LCC would then take over these roads for maintenance (not new lay).
Again though, the price of the property would reflect this, in order to allow the residents to have funds to bring it up to spec. to be adopted .
HBC are only offering to fill in the potholes to make it more acceptable, but I think waste of money, but Oh hem .. live and let live hey ?

The properties on Pendle Street aren't I believe council owed.

Again you seem to be one of those people who think that two wrongs make a right.
I think people have made their own minds up as to your character, from your own actions.

Which makes it even worse. Why should the taxpayer repair privately owned homes that have been neglected by the home owner.
I wonder if the Council will build me a new garden wall
