Re: o2 shop in accrington - reasons why not to shop there

I'm with andrewb and Mitzy. Always had good service from O2 at the Accrington branch and from Customer Services. Anyone who thinks O2 are bad has obviously never had the misfortune to deal with Orange.

Orange used to be the best by a country mile. Then they off shored it ...
Now they seem to take delight in being awkward.

I have returned to o2 from being with 3, I didn’t really like them at all. Personally I found the staff in the shop in town fine. Customer services over the telephone have always been good to deal with also.

Re: o2 shop in accrington - reasons why not to shop there

i spoke to cutomer servics again today and although the manager wasnt in today of the store when they tried ringing him they are sorting a good will gesture out of somekind , i am hoping its a replacement phone

funny thing is though no one is now saying i have dropped the phone it is now been put down to an over charging issue which the customer service lady even thought to be very odd as even she left her phone on charge overnight

anyway i think this is down to very poor service on the part of the phone repair people and not the staff in the shop but i will say the guy who rang me origionaly needs to get his story straight as to what the problem is before ringing a customer

1 min i had dropped it and it wasnt covered under warranty and the next min i had over charged the phone and wasnt covered under warranty which wa sonly mentioned after i said i put it on charge and went back to it and found it to be broken

anyway hopefully i will have a working new or at least a repaired phone tomorrow , i will have to wait and see

When I had a fault on my phone I returned it to O2 shop in Accy and it was replaced with a new phone, I'd had the faulty one for three months.
