Yes,disgusting behaviour.If the culprits are caught,what will happen?I know of several similar occurences when the people where caught they didnt even warrant an ASBO.
They know this before, during and after ,commiting these acts of vandalism. On the more positive side I think that these nicknames will be known to the police and Community Wardens,it's just a matter of proving it! |

At long last the listing status of several war memorials including Oak Hill have been raised. It is now listed at Grade II*.
