I appreciate the apology AccyJay and as I mentioned in my previous post I know that some teething troubles can't be avoided in any new venture and I genuinely hope that these can be sorted and wish you the best of luck in the future.

It's probably the busiest time of year to be opening anyway. I expect it's bad enough trying to start up new at a normal time let alone the Christmas season.
