Obituary

Sorry re. title .. don't wish to put up an unhappy thread on a Friday evening, however, didn't find this obituary completely sad, a husband and wife died within three days of each other. Appreciate devastating for their children, however, would appear husband must have died from a broken heart. Reading the report, they seemed to have enjoyed a wonderful married life, and can't help thinking that there is a touch of Romeo and Juliet here.
Is it perhaps the ending we would all wish ? .. to go together and not leave our children with the worry of the parent left behind. OK .. just a big romantic softie I know. They were both in their mid-seventies by the way.

Re: Obituary

Yeah, I wrote the obituary and I must admit I was very touched by the story behind it.
