There were 4 kids with her. Eldest about 6, youngest - well old enough to be running near the road..... so about 2

Re: Observer Baby Competition 2008
See they have put them all in again this week .. and looking much more presentable, have toned down on the red ink. Will give the ones that looked like little Red Indians a fighting chance ...
Perhaps they read our thread ?

Re: Observer Baby Competition 2008
Has anyone ever voted for a baby they don't know in the competition?

That's the problem though isn't it Garinda ? If you have lots of relations/friends they will always make the effort to vote irrespective of their beauty or not.

Me too.
I'm more likely to be found licking Woolworth's windows, than licking a stamp to post off a vote.

Re: Observer Baby Competition 2008
Reminds me of when our grandaughter was in, Ian bought loads of copies and asked folk in Canine to vote for her. Only problem was he was going to put all votes in one envelope till I pointed out it would look a tad suspicious!!!

Re: Observer Baby Competition 2008
I have voted once or twice if a close relative or friend has had their baby's picture in.
I have never voted for a baby I don't know. I don't really look at them to be honest.
