If I want to ring my bank I pick up the phone and dial. I then talk to someone who is actually at the bank in Blackburn. I say whatever it is that I want to talk about and if there is a solution to be had it is put forward and dealt with there and then.
The staff has always been very helpful to me and extremely courteous. Talk to the manager? That one is a bit tricky but there are plenty of assistants that I can talk to.
The bank? The Royal Bank of Scotland and I’ve been with them ever since they were called Williams and Glynns.

Me I would just go into my branch and ask. If they say phone my answer would be "dont have a phone the daughter keeps running up huge bills"
