Office parties...
Yesterday evening is reported to have been the busiest of the year in A&E because of the number of Office parties that were taking place.
One guy was shown who had been at one for 15 hours and had "exagerated"...  Never having been to such and event (I just take a few mince pies and slices of Panettone with some mulled wine on Xmas Eve to the men in the milking parlour) - I wondered in any of you had interesting anecdotes about Office Parties you had been too.

Just had ours on Thursday night, I was a bit tired having just got back from Istanbul that morning, customers wanting to fly through the night!!
Nice evening, quiet really the only thing of note was the fact the Engineers all stood together, the office Staff were all together and as the saying goes, what do you call people who hang around with Pilots?.....other pilots!!

Office parties can be very dangerous, it cost a mate of mine an arm and a leg, making a mistake at an office party, but she did call the little lad after him

Groove agrees work partys are best avoided. At the end of the day they are colleagues and you dont associate with them through choice...the workplace can be full of a--holes and after a few beers Groove is known to tell them such.

Had ours last night, lovely meal at the Spice Rooms then a couple of drinks afterwards. Very tired today, but thankfully didn't do anything that i regret.
