hell if thats the rent fer a small unit like Raymans, cant see much hope fer the rest of the Arndale, the "Greedy Pig" landlords will kill it.

That shop is 1214 sq ft. There's one next to Timpsons, don't know what it was before is only 438 sq ft and they want £25,440 a year for it

With rents being such a cost, is it any wonder that traders are picking up sticks and leaving the town ?

The natural assumption would be that they will only increase, especially after any regeneration or the Accy “Masterplan”
