Its too out of the way nobody goes up there.
Also the last time i was in town it had a bath for sale in the window....very strange!

Not suprised. I was looking at one of the estates the estate agents business site the other day. The empty Raymans Gifts shop across from Iceland is available at £43,000 per year rent. Thats a lot of wonga
