Yup ... not the sort of thing you want to say when you have had a few ... Saskatoon is a city of about 200 000 on the South Saskatchewan river, ... nice place ... named after the saskatoon berry ... they taste real good in a pie ... If you can say Saskatoon, Saskatchewan without stuttering or slobbering you are a true Canuck, eh.

I hope that flippin smell has gone from the kitchen before I get back home!
Ah the wonders of modern campsites. I'm online here but only briefly. It's more often not working than working!

Yep, I'm back and not even considering tackling the house until next week! Did he mention he's been knocking walls down too whilst I've been away!!!!

Re: Oops, A Clanger
The first thing his sister said to me when we got engaged was, "Don't let him knock any walls down!"
He is enlarging Mimi's bedroom (on the first floor) by knocking out an area under the stairs which lead to the 2nd floor where Emzie's room is. So far nothing has collapsed and we still have a 3 story house.

Re: Oops, A Clanger
There's a fair old covering of plaster dust but I can't be bothered with that tonight. He'll no doubt be making more mess before he's finished.

Re: Oops, A Clanger
Well I had hoped it might be all over and done with before I got back. Originally it was going to be a much smaller hole!
