Seen in todays Daily Mail, Pamela Haworth formerly of an Accrington council estate aged 62 former Marchioness of Northampton is having problems with her present partner.She got £17 m from his lordship after divorce in 2010 and the new boyfriend is fighting her to get her out of one of his houses worth £8 m. sounds o.k. for the daughter of a toolmaker from Accrington. Anyone remember or know her,could be an interesting thread this.

i can see how the term " done well " could be applied to someone who acheived something of merit but going on the information in your post all im seeing is a woman who got lucky in a divorce and seems to be a bit of a pain in the arse for her more recent fella,both of which seem to have plenty of money

Me too - I had earned more than him in the 8 years, and he had spent my savings.
Mine was a 'riches to rags' story. He demanded 'half' of the household goods which were the only things left.

The only "things" I took from my first marriage was the kids didn't want anything
that way he got no rights.
Second Hubby is a better Dad to them and they think of him as that

Same here, but then, we all get what we deserve.

Mine has married a scouser, I bet she has to Count her gold fillings (that I paid for) whenever they kiss.
