Panorama Blackburn.
Tonights Panorama program features Blackburn and debates wether the town is racially segregated.
Should be food for thought. |

There was speculation that it might be about Burnley. I hope they don't find that Blackburn is racially segregated because that may make people start feeling uncomfortable in each other's presence where they don't do now.

only lived in blackburn from january and it is racially segregated in my opinion
