Re: Pay People To Lose Weight?
Some cultures admire obesity - remember the Queen of Tonga in 1953?
Sometimes I have been thankful for that bit of extra padding - when I have been laid up and unable to eat for a week - fat reserves can come in handy

no doubt the local shop will gladly exchange these vouchers for fags and fatty foods just like they did with the milk vouchers pregnant women used to get , not sure if they still do get vouchers but thats what happened
also why should you have to be fat to get vouchers for healthy food , the govenment keeps pushing us to eat our 5 a day but does sod all to get the price of good healthy food down

Re: Pay People To Lose Weight?
Overweight people need help not food.
Why not give vouchers for health clubs and sport centres.
Help them to start feeling good about themselves and then the rest will follow..

I just wondered if it was someone under a different name. I've never even seen this person before thought perhaps Less had bought a parrot, he said the exact same thing near enough a bit further up in this thread...

You just use beer as a lubricant to help get rid of it

I didn't realise you had such a special friendship with Less and I thought he was more than capable of fighting his own battles with his own wit without someone resorting to names like 'smelly' which belong in nowhere greater than a primary school play ground, and even these days it'd be rare to see a bully use such a pathetic word.
same for the sound 'derrr'. Isn't that a noise ou'd be more likely to associate with the brain dead person themself rather than the person calling them that? I never understood that gesture at all.
I knew exactly what you were inferring, and for once, YOU took the bait. Not quite the sharpest knife in the drawer are you?
