Anyhow, still no nearer a resolution though the smell has dissipated a little since the drains were flushed. Mum's neighbour told the last goon who rang that she was gonna contact the local media and was told "don't try to threaten me....."

When petrol tanks become redundant, and they are unable to be removed, they are supposed to be filled with concrete.
