Anyhow, still no nearer a resolution though the smell has dissipated a little since the drains were flushed. Mum's neighbour told the last goon who rang that she was gonna contact the local media and was told "don't try to threaten me....."

its to be hoped none of the local "headbangers" reads this and decides it would be a "good fun" to drop a firework down the exhaust pipes and see what happens
