police closed pickup st this morning
heavy police presence around the nursery
anyone know what was going on ?

ARMED police launched a manhunt after a factory worker allegedly threatened a colleague with a Samurai sword following a row..
Police were called to the East Lancashire Box Company, Spring Street, Rishton, after reports that a male worker had produce the sword during an argument.
A man was seen leaving the premises before officers arrived at 10.30am today.
Armed officers and sniffer dogs later went to an address in Pickup Street, Clayton-le-Moors, searching for a man.

sounds like a guy i used to work with, he got done for that, was in the rock house,last i heard yrs ago, wonder if hes out?

iv worked with some propper assholes who i wished i could take a sword too so lets not be too hard on the guy as we dont know if the other person deserved stabbing or not yet

A fella had threatened some one with a knife at a near by factory then did a runner to a house,every one thought he was holding people hostage !
But actually there was no body but him in the house
The police officers where told this from members of public but they didnt want to hear!
Atleast that is the story i was told by several customers at work last night.
