What's the chances that it will be announced thousands will be spent upgrading, just to cover someones embarrassment, not for security reasons.

Some twisted nerds seem to get kicks out of this act, doubt they could even attempt any sort of attack on anybody as they must be very inadequate to even consider the act. I remember back in the 60s there was this guy wondering around Ossy airing his wares to all unboundary was christened Fresh air Freddie, it appears that he jumped out on a lady in her mid to late forties leaving enfield manufacturing after the end of the night shift, when this woman saw the guy it is said she said "IS THAT IT, WHAT A WASTE OF TIME" he was never reportedly seen again
