Re: Poor Clio
If you think the vet has given good care to Clio, do it.
It's a nice gesture.

I'm thinking of taking a box of choccies into the vet clinic tomorrow but don't really know if this will be acceptable........what do you think?

I would take a box of choccies in June.
When I was doing care work, it was always soooo nice to receive a
" Thankyou " box of choccies off relatives families.
Great to hear she is doing so well

Re: Poor Clio
Thanks Rindy and Slinky...........I was thinking on those lines too but 'im indoors thought that it might be a little over the top.
I'll go for it tomorrow and let you know.
Thanks for the support everyone. It really did help to be able to write things down and to know that so many people were behind us.
Lots of love
June, Brian and Clio xxx

June........So glad that Clio is almost back to normal, and I think the same about showing your appreciation to the vet by taking some chocs in...go for it I think they will be chuffed.

Re: Poor Clio
Oh June that's wonderful that she is doing so well. She's a very lucky little dog to have come through this and I would certainly feel like you about giving the vet a special thank you.

Re: Poor Clio
I bought a box of those posh things that they have at dinner parties...can't spell it! Will drop them in over the weekend.
As for Clio......she's gone from death's door to being an absolute pain. Nothing is safe at the moment. One broken ashtray, phone wire ripped off the wall and she's eaten half of my book!
Back to normal and it's so lovely.

Re: Poor Clio
Just to show you how far Clio has progressed during the last couple of weeks. She has gained more than two kilos in weight and the vet is well impressed.
They loved the choccies too!
