Re: Prostitution and legalisation

I use the term 'young people' because the actual rates of STI's and HIV are highest in the 15-25 age groups...... To me, they are young people (lucky sods) I am aware that older people also take chances but the actual numbers of diagnoses in the younger age groups speak for themselves.

I think prostitution should be legalised for the same reasons as everyone else mainly health and tax reasons, though how many prostitutes would actually want it? Legalisation that is!

Sex trafficking 'must be tackled'

This is the article I was trying to find, to me it is disturbing that in a 'civilised' society such as we claim ours to be that more isn't done to protect these people.

I would hate to think that a child of mine was to go to another country on the promise of a better job, better life and be treated in a similar fashion.
I can't understand why there isn't more of an outrage about the fact that someone elses children, (even if they are young adults), are being brought into our country and forced into this situation.

I thought you would have liked it for the illicit nature of it.
