Queen to visit Accrington in May.

Following on from other threads, re: the Diamond Jubilee, and past visits.

Just heard, from a very good source, that the Queen is to visit Accrington, as part of her Diamond Jubilee tour, in May of this year.

Can't see any press reports about this announcement yet.

Re: Queen to visit Accrington in May.

I have just put a query about it on Google , and Graham Jones' blogspot came up in which he says the Queen will be visiting Accrington in May .

If all is well , I'll be there as a tribute to a lady who has served her country impeccably .

A Wednesday.

Didn't Martin Platt, K9, and Silly Dildo, also come here on a Wednesday?

Perhaps she'll be in the Market Hall, showing people how to cook sauerkraut, knödel, and wiener schitzel.

I want this bloke as chief of security. Come to think of it he should be chief constable of Jonesy's socialist republic of Lancashire.
