well they got nearly £1 million quids worth in the wine store fer functions now, hope ya all remember that when yer being screwed by em.

That is where the cuts should come. If they want wine, or any alcoholic drink for that matter, then they should dip into their own pockets and pay for it themselves.....not from expenses, from their wages.
