Race For Life
Thankyou to the people off this site who sponsored me to do the Race for Life yesterday. I ran all the 5km race yesterday and finished it in 30mins, it was very hot which didn't help but its for a good cause so THANKYOU again..............

Well done, I don't know about you but when I did the Race For Life a couple of years ago it brought tears to my eyes reading all the labels on peoples backs - all the ones who were running the race for someone. A mix of sadness but also uplifting at times.
