Hopefully HBC will look into buying these - an all-in-one recycle wheelie bin!

I hope they do the collection from the back alley then, if they think I’m wheeling one of those through the house for a front door recycling collection , they can have another think

That's ridiculous if they have missed emptying your bin when it was outside on time then they should come back and deal with it. It shouldn't be up to you to find some way of transporting it to the tip.

yes willow thats what i told them ,but the answer was take it to the tip,i am writing a letter of complaint,no wonder people fly tip.

Best of luck with your battle Lancscat; of course they should have come back to collect .. what nonsense. grrrrh. Not always the collectors though, just the rules they have to abide by.

Just a small point .. know I am being a little rude pointing this out, but it is 'refuse' not 'refuge' .. keep thinking this thread is about gathering our political asylum seekers together.
