I have no formal training, but all the passenger aircraft I have flown have defibrillators on them, and I know how to use them.
If not able to use the equipment he should have been able to carry out basic first aid.
Sad state of affairs for all concerned

It wasn't long ago that either a police or a PCSO didn't help somebody who was drowning because of elf an safety
