some schools charge you for the free snack etc but use it towards trips and such, then you dont have to pay full whack all in one go.

How sad that yet another bunch of useless do gooders come out with a load of clap. I think it an insult to my parenting if I were to be offered money to do something that SHOULD!! come naturally to any parent.
Admittedly not all parents take time to read to thier kids but to offer them money to get them to do it is utter tosh!

What next? pay the parents for taking them to school or keeping them clean
