Ricky Hatton

Any thoughts on Ricky Hatton's comeback. I personally think he should stay retired. He was a great fighter in his day - a fantastic body puncher however I think we should remember him for what he's done

Personally think hes nuts, Had his day n too daft to see the fact, He was hammered in his last bout a couple of years ago, n yeh can never improve after a couple of years on the lash.

He looked at his bank balance went oops not a lot left. How can I make a few quid. Da daaaa, step back in the ring take a few hits and loadsa money. Reckon when he quit he was hoping for lots of tv work aka frank bruno and such. Never happened probably mancunian accecnt that did it.

Its just a pity that people like Hatton don't make retirement permanent, you only have to look at Muhammad Ali to see what happens when you go to far, boxers have a sell by date, pity the powers that be don't withdraw the licences and save the likes of Hatton big problems in later life
