I was part of a photoshoot yesterday to celebrate 10 years of Area Management although the Leader made it quite clear that it was really 10 years of Oswaldtwistle Area Council, leaving all the other ward representatives to feel like spare parts. Still, at least that smile he gave when the Mayor arrived and somewhat stole the limelight was utterly genuine.....
