If we're talking food then I take a few mouthfuls of my least favourite veg then have a small morsel of the best stuff just to keep me going, then I carry on until there's only good stuff left and I wolf it all down.

With books - dive in there before I've left the shop.

garinda. A week after ordering the book, from the very nice lady in Smith's, the book's in my possession, and I'm in a quandry. Do I have an early night, and probably finish it in one sitting, or should I just enjoy that I now have the final chapter to all these characters lives, and save reading it for my holiday in Zante.
Save the ending for Zante garinda, with a bit of luck the island mighn't just resort to type and have it's bi decade EARTH QUAKE.

Don't you have problems keeping inside the lines doing that?

I say wait until you find a quiet spot on the beach. Make looking forward to the vacation (holiday) even more exciting. Then again, there other books to be found that you could also purchase now and wait in eager anticipation and go ahead and get this one read. Oh, if all of life's decisions were this easy!

When I lived in London, I was lucky enough to met Armistead Maupin through work, and I asked him if there would be anymore Tales of the City books, and he said no.

When I read the review in the paper last weekend, and realised there was a sequel eighteen years on, I danced and whooped, just as if I'd won the lottery.

Blackbandit, I hope you enjoy finding out what has happened to all those wonderful characters, just as much as I'm going to tonight.

Channel 4 filmed the last books to critical acclaim, so you mightn't have so long a wait.
