No, you've got mixed up again.

The author of that classic piece of fiction Arse Bandit, was the celebrated writer Ian Tow.

Re: Save or devour?

Although, with food, I like to save the best til last, with books I just jump right in. I know it sounds childish but I am eagerly awaiting the last Harry Potter and will have read at least the first 3 pages on the walk home from the shop.
Enjoy your read and find something new to read on your hols..

I'm waiting for Harry Potter too - I've had it on order from Amazon for about four months.

Will be delivered on a Saturday morning and I'll have read it by Sunday night.

Did that last time.

Well I finished it this afternoon, and it was a real treat.

The last book ended in 1989, and it's amazing just how much the world has changed in those years, particularly medecine.

yep, who would have thought that Thalidomide would ever be available again on prescrition, only thing I can't figure out is why is was still available and why the original manufactuers continued working to find if it was good for anything
