Seems the Lads got a few difficulties with his words, but from what I can make out he's referring to "Scumbag shoplifters" being at it again.

Robert is trying very hard to be a part of community life. He realises that his problems may make it difficult for others to understand him but doesn't let that stop him. Well done Robert, keep trying. I hope that the members on here can be of some help to you.
