Shaggy Dog

Nice to see the stray from Willows lane has been captured, does'nt she look lovely with her no. 1 hair cut.At least now we know what sex she isWe know everyone meant well by throwing it scraps of food but is it better now everyone can see what it actually looks like.I wondur if anyone who was feeding it as a stray will be volenteering to take it in for a full time basis,or now the novelty has worn off will no one want to know.

Yes, she looks like a lovely dog. I hope someone kind out there takes pity on her and gives her a good home....or better still, that her owners come forward and claim her.

But would the original owner of shaggy be liable to prosecution for letting it get in such a mess

Re: Shaggy Dog

well, maybe they moved out of the area and the dog found its way back to its old home....that kind of thing does happen sometimes.

In those circumstances i don't think they should be prosecuted. I wonder if the dog is 'chipped'. If it is then maybe the dog will be re-united with its owners.

Yes it is a bonny little thing, such a shame if it does not find a good home, I think the poor mite has suffered enough. I have no doubt the good hearted people of this town will not let that happen.

It looked huge in the pre -haircut photos, I was expecting it to be at least alsatian sized with all the fuss made over catching it !

We should commission a statue of it, just as they did in Edinburgh for Greyfriar's Bobby.
