Shooters Found

The Telegraph is reporting guns found in raids in Somerset Grove Church, as part of a series of police actions. Oh dear.....how much longer before we get the drive-by shootings and people being gunned down as they order fish, chips and mushy peas in the local chippy?

People who live in Church(Henry St area) don't regard it as part of Church.
It is in the middle of that estate that lies east of Dill Hall Lane and borders Accrington.

I dont think that it matters whether its a bb gun, air gun an ak47 or a water pistol, if it looks like a real gun, then that is what the owner intended it to look like, and nothing good would ever come of it, and punishment, if caught, should be in line with firearms offences for anything resembling a real gun.

Of corse it makes a difference, even if it looked like a real gun if it was in his or her property and is legal then no law has been broken.

If it looks like a gun, its not down to the owner, its what the manufacturer intended it to look like.

I agree ... and in Canada, if one uses a water pistol, for example, when robbing a place, then the crime is armed robbery; and the perp faces the same sentence as if he had used a glock. One of you guys should check it out and see if it is the same as over there.

What a patronising statement, so you think there will be no other parts of the borough where guns will be found? There are good and bad people living all over Hyndburn, maybe you will be shocked to find they even reside near you!!!
