Just a point though. Whether you like it or not, and aesthetics are very personal, it is getting publicity for Burnley - good publicity at that.

Sorry Gayle even this isnt swinging it for hyndburn to reconsider - in all honesty i think we've done right by not having that kind of thing on the coppice gee would spoil my perfect view from my lounge

Where is it getting publicity? There was a mention on Granada news but news is very quickly forgotten. How many people can now remember the one Blackburn have and where it is located?
It is a very freaky weird sound. I'd certainly not call it singing or ringing, but then again I wouldn't call it a tree either. It doesn't look quite like the artists impression but then things never do do they? I'm not sure whether I find it attractive or not but I do agree that it's the best of the bunch.
