Nice of you to offer ... there's a couple of feet of the stuff in my driveway you can work on ... and when the driveway is shovelled, feel free to brush the snow off my car I'm off for a beer, the snow shovel is on the front porch.

They are saying now in some part,s they haven,t got the grit to cover some roads they are only doing the mainger ones

I heard on the radio that Blackburn with Darwen had completely run out of grit as of today but had a lot more due for arrival. Obviously doesn't concern us but obviously more than Lancashire being hit by lack of salt..
