So Busy

I get this all the time at work, we have about 8 tills out of season and 13 tills in season in season we hire more staff to cope with the amount of customers but this is still not enough sometimes and the retail park where we are gets so hectic its unreal we get phone calls of people who are in their cars going mad at me because they have been in the car park queing to get out for ages and it my fault! its not even our car park so what i can do to help i really dont know! lol

Then out of season if there is not a member of staff at each till then thats soo bad some people just dont seem to understand then not everyone who works in the shop is till trained some people are just not right for that job and then theres waiting to collect the large items from the store rooms some times people get so mad because they have to wait for the item but what they dont realise is the size of the storeroom its huge and its just full of brown boxes all in an order of course but still and if they have to wait for an item that is comming from the other end of the store room and have to wait a little longer it a case of brace yourself! some times i just wish i could send them to go and get the item themselves and see how ling it takes them!

There can be no pleasing some people sometimes but you just have to smile and be polite and do the best you can.
