Thumbs down talking spoils sound of echo

a free show by a top bang sounds like a great idea.
certainly virtually all the tickets to see echo and the bunnymen at king george's hall as part of celebrate blackburn festival were picked up.but because no-one had pad , they had no incentive to actually attend.as a result the hall was only a little over half full. those who did go along pade any attention to what was on offer.
it says throughout the band had to compete with incessant chatter.
did any one go to this.

My mate went. Said that it was just Ian McCulloch without the Bunnymen. Said lot's of people were moaning because he wasn't playing the old hits, just some of his 'new' stuff. Only lasted an hour. He was a bit disappointed. Ain't that right Voodoo Billy if you read this.
