I've just got a respectable 56 out of 70 in the Test the Nation English Quiz. How did everyone else fare?
By the way, I did have a few glasses of wine before doing the test so that could possibly have affected my result. |

Wahey,that means on average my 55 out of 70 beats the women lol.Until people start coming on saying they got 71 out of 70.

I got 55. I'm totally hopeless when it comes to the newfangled stuff and some of the rhyming slang. I'm also a bit dubious about one of the official answers because that isn't what I was taught at school, and I'm going all the way back to Peel Park Juniors.
WE were taught when a noun ended in "s" the possessive was made by simply adding an apostrophe as in "St. James' Church"

I vaguely recall Staggers and I tied on 67, although I cannot be certain because of the affects of 6 pints of the finest Harvest ale (on top of everything else). I wonder if Staggers can confirm?
