Hmmm. Doesn't sound like they gave much thought to how they were actually going to get down the streets when they decided to widen the ambulances.

There's less and less room on streets these days with most people having a car and some families having two.

All emergency services are given a managed access plan in circumstances like this .. whether the driver had it is open to question Shill.

You take care !! xx

Still the same Health Authority Shill. When designing a precinct such as ours, all emergency services are consulted on access, etc.

But it does help when the the personnel know the area, now we're getting drivers from Burnley picking up patents from Blackburn and Blackburn personnel picking up from Burnley, nobody knows better than me what a fantastic job the ambulance service does, but a little help from the suites in Ivory Towers wouldn't go a miss on the odd occasion.
Glad your okay jen, its terrible being taken ill away from the security of your home, but at least you didn't end up black and blue this time, take it easy

Glad you are OK now - it is reassuring to know that we live in a community that cares.
In some cities people would just walk past and leave you lying there, or maybe even rob you

That's a shame, sure he will be wondering how you are.

You are a real star about your problem Shillelagh, and thoughtful that you went back to reassure people. Very worrying for people who don't understand.
