Having visited several care-homes over the years, and worked as a handyman in one council run establishment long enough to form an opinion, I witnessed the loss of dignity, etc., that many of the inmates are subjected to, and conclude that I'd rather top myself than be packed off into one of these human 'kennels' - let alone pay for the privilege!

Yes. I've been diagnosed with High blood pressure, my Father has it & also his Father had it too. It was in fact my Fathers Doctor who recommended that his offspring (Me,my Brother) should go & get tested by our relevant Doctors, Bingo ! It also appears I might well be looking forward to other delights too, lucky me !
Our lifestyles are completely different so it has nothing to do with a shared environment, that then leaves a "Hereditary" option as to the reason why I am as I am.

Re: the BIG three tonight
well, that just about does it! - Gordons' gaffe re a working class granny. from 'up North' who, in his esteemed wisdom judged her to be bigoted and then went on to ask who was responsible for putting her in his way -- all this recorded inadvertedly off camera and sound -- or was it??????
Better sort it Labour - I see a huge backlash looming which WILL swing the vote - check tomorrows papers.
