Re: The crib in Oswaldtwistle, near the Co-op
Blazey when I worked on the buses the crib was outside the Library and got wrecked at least once a year.
Where it is situated now there is a CCTV across the road and I dare say the Op's have been told to scan that on a regular basis.
But they have to see them and then hope that a police patrol is nearby if anything happens

Re: The crib in Oswaldtwistle, near the Co-op
I haven't seen it but from your description it does sound a bit odd. I'm sure with some thought the council could come up with a better alternative.

Well I've never seen it vandalised in the amount of time lived in Oswaldtwistle, my entire teenage years, and from the perspective of the youth, i've got to say that I've never witnessed anyone in my age group vandalise the nativity scene.

Re: The crib in Oswaldtwistle, near the Co-op
Well this is why they won,t put the crib back it ashame because it was good but now there are to menny yob,s about and they damage everything thats why there is cambra,s up there but i think it still going to be as bad as it s alwayy been up there and till they get them who do it and find them i think it will stay the same up there.
