That's a hard one.

I do have great sympathy with the woman.

I just hope my mum doesn't shoot me full of smack, because my quality of life isn't quite what it was.

Surely if he's classed as criminally violent, he should be getting locked away somewhere or other, and you mentioned about brain damage then surely he should end up in Moss side Hosp/Broadmoor then ? I can't really say as I haven't seen the reports.

why cant we have someone in charge who lives in the real world????? i'd happily let anyone defend their house and family!

I don't know about letting them defend their house and family, they should be able to do that by right
