I haven't had a Sunday joint for years but your post reminded me that my mother smoked "tailor made" cigarettes and my dad used to buy an ounce of Golden Virginia tobacco and red Rizla papers with which to roll his own cigarettes. The common terminolgy for the latter was smoking a joint and I see from the online dictionary that "joint" is now Slang for A marijuana cigarette.

I think perhaps you've just moved things in a way you want them moved?
i.e. you want a joint to mean that, whereas I want a hand rolled ciggy to be called a fag, though no doubt you would rather I hand rolled a homosexual?
Oh, how gay!
P.S. for some reason, the more PC a person is, the lower their tolerance of humour.

lol at the image :-)
I grew up in a different area and in a different era, I'm also of the fair sex, and I'm not used to hearing people wanting to smoke a fag - so bang goes your "I think theory....." We all know what thought did .... followed a dust cart and thought it was a wedding .... (that should illustrate that I'm from a different era)

I'm just glad I don't have to go to an online dictionary to find out what a joint is ...
And me too ... PC folks have no sense of humor ... they're a lot like like the Taliban.

What part of this reminds you of the miners strike? What miners strike are your referring to?. and what the hell do you know about mining or fracking or does the whole of your existence revolve around cut and paste.

Is a sure sign that you still have a great deal of growing up yet to do.
No wonder you can't tell right from PC.

lol - You've quoted another name change - I went to infant school, then junior school back in the 1940s before going on to senior school.
Enjoy your day.

They revelled in the fact that they were getting thousands of pounds per week and some of them even flashed their pay packets to some protesting miners and used the slogan. "Loadsamoney" into the faces of the miners and their families. Fracking was deemed safe in 2012 by a British geological survey and at Keele university and could be used nation wide. If a survey was done to explore the fact that a coal,Tin or gold mine was safe. You would except it as safe. So what's the difference. What do you know about drilling, Strata, Strata control, methane, methane drainage, water displacement or strata convergence. I love talking to ignorant people like you who just see some crap in a newspaper and then you think you can make some smart comment about things that you haven't even done any homework on or you haven't a clue what you are talking about.
