Yes, and with the blustering, pompous, useless, fat fool who currently masquerades under the title of "Justice Secretary", that's unlikely to change anytime soon!

Are we talking about Ken Clarke?.. the new Justice Secretary who has proclaimed prison does not work?..all of a sudden prison seems to have gone out of fashion with the new Government.. last april they said they would not shift from a policey of hard on crime and build new prisons to accomadate criminals.. now it seems prison does not work..yet another lie.

was told magistrates have been informed "Not To Jail " as many. Tough on Crime, yeh right.
