Only got one at 24 years old, but lives in Didsbury and a little difficult, has a busy job himself. Mmm .. will be coming home at Christmas, so maybe can get out tool box.

Thanks for imput folks, will put to bed until New Year, maybe best idea is, as suggested by Jackyalex look to see if any retired gentleman will do smaller jobs and local well-known reputable tradesmen to do bigger jobs. Did this last time though with the larger jobs and paid through the nose, and weren't always the best of jobs at the end of the day ..
