you should drink Baileys within 3 months of opening as it goes off...or so I'm told......I have a couple of litre bottles that haven't been opened yet.

It does go off dave and its almost poisonous when its in that stage, don't pour it down the sink as it will rot the plastic pipes, I've got stainless pipes in my house, drop it off here and I'll pour it away for you
