Hehehe, I wish they would Chav, but because the clocks go back in the middle of the night the long night belongs to the night shift. We do get paid for the extra hour now, we never used to. Once upon a time if you worked the long night, you had to work the short night to make up for it because they wouldn't pay you. It was impossible to do that because we are all rotational and you couldn't guarantee being on nights for the short one.

God I use to hate the night shift a Rossall when the clocks went back……….long nights.

My only consolation is that I have an extra hour in bed before having to go to work tomorow. To chavs point we should get that extra hour the people in charge just use it to torture us.

I know someone who didnt and he turned up for work to find the place empty so we reckon he wont be in for a few days in order to aviod the pelters and recover from the embarressment
