ok ,(a thread wander) I could never get the TinTin thing , I'm an Asterix type , but .....no matter what , to walk into someones home and find books available for perusal is a wonderous thing , the number of times I have been invited into someones home and the only printed thing laying about is the TV guide saddens me , don't people read anymore , I'm amazed at the number of people , especially those with youngsters at home who dont have a bookcase of some sort in the living area, and the scary thing is ......it's the more successful types (the ones with money) who have either the fewest or no books laying around .
ok rant over , I was in bed and my mind was turning his thread/theme over , got up , re-booted my PC and decided to share my thoughts ......... and so .. back to bed   |

You want houses with bookcases?
You should see this place! We've got books coming out of the walls. In fact we've got more books than shelves to put them on. We all read....... a lot.
