What I find worse than any of these is firms like Littlewoods for example who after going through all the speil about calls being recorded blah blah blah say "all our operators are busy please call back" and then promptly disconnect you.
Being in a queue I can handle to a point but just to be disconnected after listening to about 5 minutes of garbage just gets my goat

United Utilities they cut you off after 25 minutes and then you ring them again and get put on hold for another 25 minutes get cut off ...........after that i felt like giving up!!!

Royal Blackburn Hospital.
I rang them 2 weeks ago and asked to be put through the M.A.U after 13 minutes someone picked the phone up and it went dead. I had to ring back and was put on hold for 4 minutes  |
