Towneley Hall is open from 12-5pm Saturday to Thursday, closed Fridays and is free to Burnley residents. The park is open until dusk everyday.

Residents of Florida get preferential treatment for prices to Disney parks, they don't have a problem attracting tourists

I didn't realise you had to pay, do they ask for ID or can you pretend you live in Burnley.

Re: Towneley Hall

Seriously now, is this right, is it not discrimination? or have they just worded it right by saying "live", what if they said you must have been born in Burnley - that would start an all new ball game wouldn't it

Re: Towneley Hall

Well just think of a Burnley postcode, as for asking for utility bill, how many people go to the park with one of those.
